We put all of our candidates through a robust and rigorous screening process before you ever meet them. We'll continue to work with candidates every step of the way. We have one of the highest placement-to-submission rates in the industry and we don't take that lightly. We have high standards; every submission you see will be the result of many hours of work. Plus, if you like a candidate but need them to work on specific skills, we'll help enroll them in training programs at no cost to you!

Yes! We partner with leading online education providers, as well as create our own content just for this. We can help connect candidates and current resources with training materials.

Is there an easy way for me to monitor Cognatrix consultants?
Our internal systems track consultant data and performance in real-time. You'll be able to easily follow and monitor performance. We keep an eye on consultant performance to make sure each resource is meeting your expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAS). We'll also send out a monthly report to outline performance, milestones, and any issues.
